Just a brief note to thank you for another job well done.  Selling my home on Old Stage Road was a very enjoyable experience, except for all of the rain which delayed things considerably.  The "Braun Team" lived up to their billing and performed admirably. Claire, Peter and Lee were always there for Helen and I, they always knew what to do and how to do it, and their hearts were in all of their efforts.  They were real pros.  Selling through Weichert Realy was a pleasure in all respects, and the "Braun Team" is a real credit to the realty profession.

Judi and I were most fortunate to have had the Braun Team serve as our real estate agents in selling our townhouse in Belle Haven on the Green.  I must admit that initially I was not pleased with placing our townhouse with any agent but after meeting with Claire Braun I was convinced otherwise.  I completely trusted the Braun Team even to the point of traveling out of state for several weeks and leaving the sale enterely in their hands.  Believe it or not, they conducted an open house during that period of unusual snow storms and one of those initail visitors eventually bought the townhouse.


During the sale period it was readily apparent that we were dealing with professionals who had our best interests in mind whenever they were dealing with prospective buyers.  They were aggresive in their efforts but at the same time patient and aware of our financial requirements.  Furthermore, the team kept us informed regarding all aspects of the process after we received a suitable offer. As expected the final settlement was not time consuming and the process was free of last minute flaps. The team was truely professional in every respect during the entire evolution.


You should consider yourself extremely fortunate to have Claire, Peter and Lee Braun represent your firm in the real estate market.  Over the years we have dealt with different agents in different locations and have never felt as comfortable as we did with the Braun Team.  You are to be congratulated on having these professional real estate agents on your staff.

Dear Lee, Kay and Peter,

Thank you all for the good and hard work you did selling our house. It's very gratifying to have gotten such a good price, especially given the current economy and real estate climate. But even more important was you invaluable assistance (or perhaps "direction" is more accurate) in navigating the process, from soup to nuts. It was pretty daunting, especially at first, but we soon realized you had everything covered, including our back. And thanks for keeping us posted all along the way; you anticipated many of our questions, but when we did contact you we always received a prompt and informative response. We really couldn't have asked for more professional or more pleasant Realtors. If we ever buy or sell another property in this area we'll contact the Poole / Braun Team. I hope our paths cross again.
